Derek was very prompt on reviewing the project (painting garage floor). Price was well below other bid proposals. Outstanding job.

Small repair job. Circa 36SF. They came a second time at my request for a touch up. No protest. Worked maybe 90 minutes total and charged $1200. I thought that was a lot. But, happy with the service and the product.

Derek has been the only contractor in over 19 years to show up at the time they said they would be at my home. Other than a few spots that you can see (only are an angle looking into the sun) the job turned out great. The spots probably resulted due to the age of the floor (20 years) and the hot tire marks on the concrete over that period of time.

I hired someone first and it didn't come from Homeadvisor and they didn't work out. Went back to Homeadvisor to find a pro in your network and found Stain Tech LLC. My project was difficult they had to remove all old paint on garage floor first then apply polymer. Stain tech pro helped do work successfully and with proper equipment. Dustless process, garage floor is looking beautiful. Did a good job in corners and around opening of garage door looks beautiful. Very professional and very kind. Amazing price for work on such a large 3.5 car garage. Warranty work is very good as well, came back to to repair damage caused by rain, very prompt to come back out.

Driveway completed but many spots remained untreated, or missed. Had to call several times for correction. Did not return my calls. My wife is very sick and in hospice, my daughter is on crutches, both complain the garage floor and driveway are slick when wet. Concerned there maybe a lawsuit in my future from guests or visitors.

I know that epoxy floor coatings can be very expensive to apply. For the amount of flooring I had covered combined with the staining of my fence, Stain Tech provided me with a great finished product and a very reasonable price. Thanks, guys. You did outstanding work!

These guys really worked hard to accomodate my incredibly tight schedule and got my floors looking amazing before my 24 Thanksgiving guests arrived!
