We hired Jon from Square 1 Venture Group to clean out our 2 foot tall crawl space, install a new vapor barrier, and fix the broken screens in the crawl space and in the attic. He took photos both before, and after, the project. He also noticed a leaking pipe in the crawl space, and took photos of it so that we could communicate the issue with the plumber. Jon and his crew were professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Square 1 Venture Group to others who are looking for a licensed contractor who specializes in crawl space work.

I could not be happier with the work that Square 1 completed on my new cabin. Jon came out the day after I spoke to him for a comprehensive quote for my job and supplied an extremely detailed estimate within 24 hours. Once I decided to schedule the work he was able to confirm the installation in less than one week. 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation time Jon called to confirm the exact start time, Jon and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the entire job in one day. The work they performed was flawless, everything right down to the cleanup was amazing, the building was actually cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. I would not hesitate to hire Square 1 again and will most certainly recommend them to any of my friends/family for any projects.

Joh did excellent work and when he used subs he provided us with a copy of their business license, L&I registration and their bond. He also cleared out crawl space and replaced the insulation and sheeting. He is very meticulous and communicates often during the project with suggestions and status of the project. We would hire him again.

I hired Jon to clean out and reinsulate a crawl space of a home I was remodeling to sell. His bid was much more reasonable than several other bids I had received and they got the work done quickly and efficiently. Jon does an exception job. The above categories do not allow me to list both inside and exterior painting. He is very careful to explain options and why certain paint would work better than others. I have had him do work at my CPA office in Kent as well. I have recommended him to clients and they have been very well pleased as I and my wife have been. If I have another project I will call him first.

On time professional, easy to communicate with, gave me pictures of before and after so we knew what we purchased (crawl space cleaning and insulation.) Jon the owner/contractor was on site working. Overall, this was a very good experience.
