Jon (his team) is a real professional in every way. On time, provides good communication, good customer service and on budget. I had a very messy crawl space needing insulation and Jon went over with me what needed to be done and finished the job on time and on budget. I appreciate his professional workmanship and being very clean, too.

Jon at Square 1 Venture Group LLC. is extremely knowledgeable, works quickly and carefully, is thoroughly professional. I appreciated the bid process. Instead of handing me a pen to sign up on the spot he suggested I get other bids before deciding. I did. Jon's bid was competitive in price with a bid I got from another well known insulation contractor specializing in crawl spaces, but in my view the materials and installation methods were superior. They arrived on schedule early in the morning. As they pulled out the old stuff they checked the entire area for any issues that needed fixing (happily in my case there were none). Dry, no entry points for rodents, no dry rot. Then the new: unfaced fiberglass went up into the floor joists, faced insulation went on the cripple walls, stairway area, and wall transition to slab floor. I especially like the material they used for duct wrapping which combined a tough white plastic exterior, fiberglass insulative layer, and a reflective layer. They sealed all duct air leaks before cutting /wrapping /taping the new stuff on. The result was a clean, thoroughly insulated crawlspace which I'd almost describe as "attractive" (though probably a bit short on headroom for entertainment gatherings). They then cleaned up every trace of debris, even leaving the driveway area leading to their truck cleaner than when they had arrived.

He has done a number of projects for us, I priced him out against other companies and he was the best priced. He is a real straight shooter and I was very pleased with his work.

We had originally had him come to do insulation and discovered some structural issues, he was the only one that noticed out of 3 other professionals that came to look at and bid our insulation project. He was diligent in his work and took pictures to show us the crawl space and the damage he was talking about. I would highly recommend him, we were very impressed with his level of professionalism.

Jon was easy to work with. Identified some problems for me to address prior to starting work which will save me $ in the long run. Also he was willing to work around my crazy schedule and got the job done within the estimated time.

I was putting a house on the market and needed someone to do work in my crawlspace. I called around and got several bids. Jon was by far the easiest to work with, price was fair, the work was excellent, and the best part is Jon really communicates well. The job site was a couple hours away from where I live, and we did everything by phone, txt, and e-mail. He even would picture message updates which was convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend to others
