Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent customer service from beginning to end. Kacey and Dillon (A team) did incredible work while leveling and stabilizing the front porches and sidewalks on five different neighboring homes. Great job by the entire Sprague team. Highly recommend. Larry S.
Fantastic. these guys are real pros!
Well our home needed a facelift in the patio area and after consulting concrete contractors on a full replacement we liked the look of the Sprague Structural Solutions appearance and durability of stone. I have attached before, during and after pictures of the project. Honestly it looks amazing and it truly gets constant compliments. Based on the appearance we have no regrets and we know this will be a favorite place to be during our gatherings. I will update the review with pics and comments on the products wear and appearance. If you're looking to do something different and extraordinary, do this. You'll be pleased.
Sprague Structural Solutions, completed concrete leveling at our house. The craftsmen were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The clean up was excellent the result exceeded our expectations. This company is supportive of Veterans and those serving. Our 40 year old concrete contorted and cracked is now level and smooth. The price was very competitive . I highly recommend this company and their team, a job well done.
Very happy with sales person. The crew did a great job.
Sprague did an excellent job lifting, leveling, and repairing our driveway. When we had a little more movement, the warranty team got us on the schedule right away and got it all fixed up. I highly recommend them for their service, quality of product, and professionalism.
They leveled steps and lifted driveway, but created a gap between the driveway and the sidewalk, 3/4 inches higher for the driveway. They refuse to fix the problem they created. Stay away! The warranty is worthless.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. To level and stabilize the driveway, our team needed to lift the concrete slabs. The adjoining sidewalk was not part of the project scope, which is why there is now a height difference between the two surfaces. The work completed on the driveway is fully covered under our warranty, but adjustments to the city sidewalk would have required additional work outside of this project.
We are very satisfied with the entire process to protect our new home's concrete garage, driveway and sidewalks. Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO, our realtor strongly recommended getting our garage and driveway's concrete sealed and protected from the snow and winters (which we were told to expect to be quite cold!) because the Magnesium Chloride used in the snow melt out here actually eats away at any concrete whenever it melts from the underside of your minivans and pools, sits and evaporates on the concrete surface. So I began the process of researching concrete treatment thinking I'd try to DIY it myself first. However I quickly discovered that it just isn't that easy and that professionals use tools such as an electric caulking gun that applies consistent compound without a complete mess - which was my first result. I calculated that it is a worthwhile investment that would prevent inevitable damage if left untreated. So I researched online, selected the best reviewed businesses and scheduled interviews with quotes. Sprague Structural Solutions was the only one that seemed like a real reputable business. The other two were more one-man businesses who also did other projects, operating out of their truck on their cell with no other employees. For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way.
well done, very professional and great service.
the workers came unannounced, it is good my husband was there, the communication is lacking in all directions, but very good quality otherwise.
