Six men disassembled our wooden handicapped ramp, took out 6 juniper stumps, formed for a ramp & small side patio, busted out a broken concrete slab, & removed another evergreen tree. They worked together as a team & anticipated each other as they worked. They were very clean & made sugg 7iestions to improve the project. They were respectful to us & each other. "Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken.
