George was GOD sent and a true blessing. Please try this company first. I attempted to get a quote from 3 other companies which came To my house And was not necessarily interested in the work that I needed. They attempted to drama up projects which would cost me more money.to their benefit. I made one more attempt to find a roofer. And then I found George at SPIRES R&R I'll say it again GOD sent.

They did a perfect job on my roof, very easy to work with, good price.

I knew I wanted to work with him when he was willing to come out on a holiday and fix my roof. That is the kind of service you just don't that much anymore.

It took months for Mr Spires to return calls from me and he has done work for me in the past. I had been begging him to start the project that we had agreed upon in the spring. He put me off so long that during the June rain bomb , my house flooded ONLY because he had not done the work that should have been started a month earlier, but failure to communicate with me cost me thousands of dollars if indoor repair AND THEN also approximately 10K on the work he should have done months before, which would have kept my house from flooding. When I asked over and over again for a clearly written scope of work and cost he said he would over and over again. There is a warranty on his work and I want a clearly written statement. He will not return my calls or texts. I would never work with him again.

Job was not completed

I called them regarding a roof leak. They missed my appointment, but we’re swamped due to the recent weather. Once we finally got connected, they were great to deal with. The roof leak is fixed, price was reasonable, and we’re good to go.

Excellent service for a fair price. Very happy.
