I have used Jorg Spires for a little over a decade now on various home repairs and construction projects - re roofing my house, fixing roof leaks, building a porch, reworking a gate on a fence that wasn’t working right, he has just put in a new counter top for me. He is great in that he can fix, build repair almost anything. He can spread himself too thin at times and take longer to get to you that he says optimistically, but he and his crew are hard workers and they get the job done right.

I paid a deposit to Jorge for a patio cover back in January, he gave me the run around for months. I had lost my job and I have my HVAC go out, he said he might be able to refund me but then said he can?t (this was in February). I was understanding since he said he only had 14k in the bank. I then suggested we switch the scope of work to something cheaper and he never gave me quote over that until May when I terminated services due to his lack of communication, he completely ghosted me. He truly believes that he is in the right for not completing the dog kennels he started and not even starting on the patio itself. No materials were purchased and I believe he is very much ?Robbing Peter to pay Paul?. The last review I wrote he asked me to remove since we had come to an understanding that he would do the work but again here we are in August and he is ghosting all text messages and phone calls. I?ve known this man for close to a decade and he has forever lost my business.

Jorg Spires from Spires Roofing & Remodeling and his crew were awesome. Jorg explained and showed photos f everything that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable in roofing repairs and explained everything to me. He was the only one while quoting that put everything he was going to do and the price in writing. His price was very good and he came and did the job in very short time before rain arrived again. I would highly recommend Spires Roofing & Remodeling and I definitely will use them again for any projects in the future.

George was GOD sent and a true blessing. Please try this company first. I attempted to get a quote from 3 other companies which came To my house And was not necessarily interested in the work that I needed. They attempted to drama up projects which would cost me more money.to their benefit. I made one more attempt to find a roofer. And then I found George at SPIRES R&R I'll say it again GOD sent.

They did a perfect job on my roof, very easy to work with, good price.

They were very professional, personable, and had excellent rates. I will continue to use their service and I would highly recommend them!

We hired the firm to do lots of work around the house for us. Unfortunately, we gave too much prepayment - and our job was delayed for 1 week. When they finally started we had 2 weeks before we had to move in, and when we moved on Aug 29th, additional 2 weeks went by without results. The workers would come in, spent time at the project, take breaks, and will not finish anything. we had to fire them after 2 weeks living in the dust and contraction zone. All of the calls to Mr. Spires were pointless - he would make a promise to finish soon, and this soon kept delaying, he was barely on the site himself, and the overall quality of work left to be desired more. Strongly do not recommend hiring them and do not give them too much money - the only time George really came in is when he wanted another prepayment.

Mr. Spires is very knowledgeable and communicative. He repaired a scupper on a flat roof that my roofer wouldnâ t do., and seemed concerned to do it before it rained. He then reached out to me to make sure the repair worked after we had a big rain. I hope to use him for any future roof problems, and would recommend him to others.

I knew I wanted to work with him when he was willing to come out on a holiday and fix my roof. That is the kind of service you just don't that much anymore.

Came out promptly to give estimate. Gave thorough explanation of what needed to be done and what would be done to solve the problem. Also gave veteran's discount, which was appreciated. Work was completed the next day and job warranted for 2 years, transferrable. Workers were friendly, courteous and professional.
