Noel, did a amazing job!! He was always on time. He put stucco and painted my ugly back yard brick wall!!! I would definitely recommend him!!!

Noel was very polite and worked very quickly. He also coped with my two pups who were in part of the house very graciously.

We had to replumb the whole house. Plumbers created 14 interior large holes and 2 outside stucco holes. We hired Noel of Spectrum Maintenance to repair everything and he did an amazing job with his craftmanship, caring and professional attitude. Always on time, Always considerate of a clean area, Always considerate of our needs. You cannot tell where the holes were. He cleaned up the area and left no trace he was here. Noel is a rare find in todays contractor World for Stucco and drywall repair. Also heard he does exterior house painting. Always our first choice for recommendation's or any future projects.

Noel was awesome! He communicates very well, following up and verifying the date/time of the work. He arrive promptly at the time he specified. Noel did a great job repairing and matching the texture on my existing drywall. He was very tidy and meticulous. He walked me through the completed work to ensure he had met my expectations (he actually far exceeded them!). Very polite, clean and professional work as well as fair pricing! Will certainly be calling him back for future projects.

Noel arrived for the job on time, My wife and I found him to be very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I could tell he was very experienced as he quickly got started on the job. He protect our home by covering the work area in plastic to prevent dust, debris, etc. It also made his clean up easy. He double checked his work before leaving and asked us to call him right away if there any issues. My wife and I are very happy with the results and price.
