Write a ReviewStay far away from this loose cannon. I owed several invoices, they were sent to an email address that doesn't exist anymore so for $400 he decided to threaten me. I have the message on my phone of the threat. He came to my business with a group of people looking for trouble. I paid him his cash and then he still decides to threaten me Cops were called and he was almost arrested and was trespassed. So your self a favor and stay far away form tho a loose cannon. FYI his work was dreadful
Pete did a nice job on the tree and lower plants. What discouraged me was his lack of follow-up on the things he promised. I paid a little over $900 for his service. He installed an Orbit sprinkler system, which cost me over $250.00. That was included in the $954.00 that I paid him. The Orbit unit can be bought for around $45.00. Then he wanted to install a rain sensor. His proposal to install the rain sensor was $199.00. The unit itself costs $26.00 on Amazon. What upset me the most was that he didn't provide me with an instruction manual for programming the Orbit. I feel that is poor business and not caring for the customer after completing the initial installation.
Did an amazing job
Hired Pete to plant some shrubs, plants, trees and sod side yard and repair sprinkler system to cover everything as well as place some concrete blocks as a patio. Pete seemed sincere and knowledgeable but the actual outcome was not up to professional standards. When we got his bill the sprinkler portion had been raised by 20% with no explanation. Pete said it just cost more, but failed to alert us prior to the work. Communications and timely work were poor throughout. Shrubs were not planted deep enough, so the root ball was about 3" above ground level,. One tree was leaning at about a 45 degree angle, sprinklers didn't cover new shrubs and sod is still not taking. We wrote Pete to alert him to the issues and he did not respond. We then wrote Pete to ask about additional work and he responded immediately. When he came to provide a quote for new work we showed him the deficiencies from his first efforts and he said he would remedy. He gave us a new quote in a couple days and said he would do the remedy work when he came for the new work. We asked for the remedy to be done first and he said he would put us on the schedule. Two weeks later we still haven't heard a word from Pete. This landscape company could not even dig a proper hole, or stake a tree so it wouldn't lean over. They had many delays and poor communications. They didn't reply to deficiencies and haven't come to correct their deficiencies. Hire at your own risk.
Do a good job but not very quick to respond to phone calls.
They are not quick to respond to calls, but they do a very good job.
Good service for the money!
