"I am writing to share our positive experience with The Pool Doctor of Brevard. We spent years thinking about it and months shopping around to get a quality job at the best price to resurface our pool. After much research, several quotes, and conversations with many different pool companies, we selected The Pool Doctor. They were very patient with our questions and our schedule. Since we are out of town much of the time and we wanted to be present for the process, a specific time frame was needed. We also wanted to see a completed pool with the selected tile. Doug and Diane invited us to their home to see their pool which had the same tile. They agreed to our time frame and the process began. The crew showed up on the agreed-upon day and completed the job earlier than expected. They did a great job removing all the old tile and finish, preparing the surfaces, setting and grouting the tile, and installing the new finish. The crew was wonderful during the process; they answered our questions and explained each step. They left us with a direction sheet and explained each step. They also provided us with some of the materials we needed to care for the pool for the next couple of weeks. During the process, we decided to change out the pool light. Since the wiring cable was corroded in the existing underground conduit, they installed a new conduit under the slab for the new cable and light. The crew worked Saturday to complete the job earlier than our agreed-upon date. Our pool is beautiful! We appreciate the quality and timely work of The Pool Doctor.
