Southwest Security updated our older camera system. I'm very happy with the service and products. The new cameras are very clear. Five stars for the install as well. They answered all our questions and helped us troubleshoot the settings. Thank you!

Brandon and team were par excellence! I received prompt attention and service. They were good spirited and helpful as I developed questions during the process. This is a new house (to me) and I knew very little about security systems, but the fees were less than some of the house receipts of the previous security system that came with the house. Brandon and his team at Southwest Security was able to envision, quote, and install a custom security application for my residential building to my desire and specification. He gave me a menu of options, but I was not oversold or coerced into buying things I didn't need. I interviewed 4 alarm security and network repair installers and hired Southwest Security. I selected Southwest Security because I felt the owner presented himself as capable and experienced. My experience with alarm companies is that many employ bottom of the barrel fly by night installers. I wanted competence and trustworthy people in my home. I was very impressed with the owners team. The young men who did our install were very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, Southwest has a tech leader who understands house network systems so they were able to do both projects (alarm and network repair). Having someone on the team who understands networks actually allows them to perform complicated alarm set-ups and develop solutions if problems arise. I highly recommend Southwest Security. Their pricing was slightly higher, but a solid value. I have also given Southwest permission to provide my contact info to any potential client wanting to verify my review or ask more questions.
