Bruce is awesome and does outstanding work. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC and he had it fixed and up and running in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Southern Comfort for peace of mind and to get the job done correctly.

My experience with Bruce from Southern Comfort was great. He called me within 5 minutes of putting the request in online and arrived about 30 minutes later. He was able to diagnose the problem just by listening to the AC unit for a couple of seconds. He had everything fixed and working well within about 20 minutes. And the price was great. I was expecting to pay a lot more than what I ended up paying, so that was amazing! I will definitely be recommending Bruce at Southern Comfort to everyone.

Bruce called me with 15 minutes and was out to inspect the issue within 90 minutes even though it wasn't an emergency. He reviewed the problem and told me the possible fixes and the differing cost. The final cost came in exactly as estimated. Problem was resolved, i could not be happier.
