Bruce called me with 15 minutes and was out to inspect the issue within 90 minutes even though it wasn't an emergency. He reviewed the problem and told me the possible fixes and the differing cost. The final cost came in exactly as estimated. Problem was resolved, i could not be happier.

I called on a Friday morning days before Christmas because our heat went out. Not expecting to get any service for several days, I was pleasantly surprised that they not only offered to send someone that same day but they did so despite that it was supposed to be a half day for the holidays. Joe came to my house exactly when I was told to expect him. He was very professional, personal , and kind. The problem was more involved and time consuming than expected but Joe never hesitated in staying to restore our heat and did so with a very pleasant attitude. Iâ  m so thankful !!!
