Kaila was fantastic, going above and beyond to help us get our home ready for sale, and then helping us organize and pack for our move. I cannot recommend working with Sort Your Life Out and Kaila more, worth every penny and more.

Kayla has been my saving grace with moving and unpacking. Iâ ve used other companies on prior moves and Kayla is in a league of her own, having earned a special certification in organizing. She can swiftly open boxes, sort, organize things into piles, and then place them in closets, storage containers, cupboards, or shelving. She will take away packing stuff or take things for donation if need be. She will suggest storage solutions for garages, closets, every room. I couldnâ t walk into my pantry, and now itâ s completely organized with clear boxes. The movers dumped the contents of my desk into a big box of chaos, and she patiently sorted through everything (including paper clips) because I was going to lose my mind if I had to do that myself. The rest of my office was scattered about, so she suggested a closet storage unit from IKEA which I got. She then organized everything in my office into the newly â remodeledâ closet in a couple hours, and my office is now manageable. The garage was a nightmare, and she suggested shelving and then unpacked and organized us. Iâ ll be using her again when I tackle my random boxes of Christmas décor so she can help sort and efficiently store after the holidays. She can pack up/unpack an entire house. Or do 1 room. Sheâ s delightful and extremely efficient.

Our kitchen has four times the space of the previous house, but the cabinets are all deep. Stuff was getting lost in the back. I was having trouble figuring out a system for the gadgets and pantry items that made sense. Kaila Randall, Certified Professional Organizer, set us up for success. I have worked with Kaila Randall for two years. I have a tri-level house in which I have lived for over 20 years. Over that time I have accumulated too much of everything and really need to down size. I plan on moving within a year and without downsizing it would be a monumental task. Kaila is extremely talented at organizing any space in your house and she is very helpful about making suggestions which will help with the downsizing. She is honest and personable and works collaboratively. Kaila has truly transformed my house into a more efficient and organized space. She takes your excess clothes, furniture, etc. and will donate them for you. I cannot imagine trying to downsize and organize by myself. Kaila is one of the most organized and supportive people I could possibly find. She respects my confidentiality and is non-judgmental and listens to my needs and goals to help me get there. Looking for a last-minute gift idea? I was gifted a day with a professional organizer. What a wonderful treat! I highly recommend Kaila at Sort Your Life Tacoma. So much accomplished! Kaila is an expert and a joy to be around. Our third bedroom had clutter stacked up to eye level. Now it is once again a great music/art studio with everything organized and space to create. We're having her come back to tackle another section of the house.

I hired Kaila to assist with downsizing my home and possessions of 32 years. Kaila was great to work with, inspired me to stay on task. Very willing to help wherever the help was needed. She dropped off donation items to charities, or took my discarded trashy stuff to the dump for me. Also took the things I kept over to The storage facility and got that space organized.. She also provided referrals for junk haulers, and auction companies. She is organized and prompt, and pleasant to work with. I will hire her again when I commence my second purge next summer.

Kaila is an excellent home organizer. She is able to identify and orgainze "like" items in a given amoount of time. With her help I was able to have a profitable Estate Sale.

Great work decluttering: sorting, consolidating, identifying items to toss. Once my priorities were identified, she was able to work quasi-independently. Very efficient, worked fast & steady. When done she took all trash for dumping + items for donation. Although a bit pricey, I would hire again.

Kaila is awesome. She is easy to work with and knows her craft. She was able to calculate the proper time to do the job and finish it on time. I really appreciate the work she has done. Sometimes you get stuck and can't figure out where to begin. She organized my spaces and I have remained organized since she did.
