I contacted SoCal Climate Control late in the afternoon from out-of-state because my 87 year-old mother-in-law was sitting in a sweltering house in Claremont with a broken air conditioner during a 100 degree heat wave. Mike responded almost immediately to my request and promised me heâ d send a technician as soon as he could. Within two hours Ty showed up at her door and in less than an hour had the a/c running and the house cooling off. My mother-in-law was extremely thankful and surprised by the reasonable charge of $400 considering the quick response at such a late hour of the day. This was my first use of Home Advisor and I was so impressed that I have since used HA for three projects on my own house. I cannot thank SoCal Climate Control, Mike and Ty enough and give them my highest recommendation!

I had asked to be contacted before hand. We have dogs. I was contacted early. Shane showed up 15 minutes early. Popped the hatch on the condenser. I explained what ac wasn't doing. Took Shane bout 30 more minutes to install new part, lock it up and personally entered our house w/permission looking at me, said feels good in here I answered w/the affirmative. I paid, we each thanked one another. Shane road off into the sun

Benjie from SoCal Climate Control came to inspect my Central A/C and heating unit. He checked pressure on the A/C, inspected and changed filter, etc. He also checked the heating unit. Benji was on time, greeted me with respect and got to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly recommend him and would hire him again.
