Very professional work. AC/heating system is working great!

I wish I could rate them below one star. Unfortunately, I have no option. They did the installation a few months ago, and now I need the heating to switch on, but it is not working. I am with my two kids, who are suffering from colds due to the sudden weather change and need the heat turned on. I reported this incident and have no response yet. The day is almost over, and I am worried about the night. I requested that they have a phone assist so that I can troubleshoot myself. They refused. I do not know what is more important to them if they cannot help with urgency. I remember they were chasing me to get the installation every hour; now they don't have time to address this. Please do not use this company. I regret having the installation done by them. Please be wise and learn from my experience. This is a scam company. STAY AWAY.

Really great customer service. Technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made some good suggestions without pushing us to buy more services. He was on time and communicated his eta before arriving.

The Technicians did excellent work and were very easy to talk with and they were very knowledgeable they explained the system quite well... I would recommend their work to anyone.

The SoCal Climate control Team did an excellent job. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one. The job included fabrication of components on-site as well as mating existing exhaust with new piping. They also cleaned the heating vents .All work was done well. The house is cozy.

It was installed with a kink in the condensation hose and was not aware that it leaked under our hallway wood floor. This was June 2022. I paid to have a leak detection company come out and say the floor was OK. In August 2022, we ran HVAC for a couple of days during the heat wave and water came out of the HVAC unit, ruining our hallway wood floor. It is 10/29/2022 and we still have not heard from their office on how they are going to fix our floor.

Mike is so good, he makes the deals worth it. I highly recommend this company and ask for Mike, he gets the job done right. George is great, he did an excellent job for maintaining AC system and installed a new smart thermostat. Very good and highly recommended.
