I hired Smith Roofing for the siding and roofing on a new construction custom home. It was a particularly difficult project with a lot of intricate details but Smith’s project manager, Brad, knocked it out of the park. Brad, I can’t thank you enough for the long days and hard work!

From day one when we communicated with Alex Brown to start our new roof process to the installation with Jonathan Skiles, the install supervisor, there was great communication, an incredible crew and quality work. We are very pleased with the sales process (Alex Brown was very thorough explaining and giving us all our options without pressure but directing to the best shingle with the best value for our budget) , installation and quality product and workmanship. Jonathan Skiles, the Installation Supervisor was very hands on with the crew and was happy to answer our questions in the process. So kind and patient. After everything was completed he followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. We recommend Smith Roofing 100%. We could not be any happier with our new roof and the process.

We just had Smith Roofing do a full exterior update on our house, and we could not be happier. I mean, look at it! Our project manager, Sam, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel way less overwhelming than we expected. He’s a perfectionist, and so caring and kind. The crew was professional, worked hard, and the quality shows. It truly looks like a brand new house. The whole experience was great, and we are already planning our next project! Positive Experience with Alex and Brad; Major Concerns with the Owner Chris Smith. A true test of a company's integrity is how they handle a situation when something goes wrong. Our house was flooded during roof replacement. Chris Smith, has never reached out to us, despite over $100,000 in damage to our home. I don't feel it unreasonable to expect the owner to at least reach out and express concern when something of this magnitude happens. Smith's liability ins will cover, but only pays ACV, not replacement cost value RCV. This leaves us responsible for $10,000 - $20,000 to restore our house and replace personal property damaged. I have reached out to Chris multiple times to discuss the situation, he has ignored my calls. How the owner acts says the most about the company. He has some wonderful people working for him, but he is ultimately responsible when something goes wrong. Chris Smith walked away with his bill for the roof paid in full & left us with a mess and a bill.

We did a full exterior remodel, our house was pretty complicated as it is an older house that had lots of wood rot and deferred maintenance. I was very happy with the process but especially thrilled with how beautiful the work turned out. Total transformation of my home!

James and Jonathon are great guys doing great work. They repaired a leak around my chimney using a better method than original. I am impressed and confident in their work.
