I hired Smith Roofing for the siding and roofing on a new construction custom home. It was a particularly difficult project with a lot of intricate details but Smith’s project manager, Brad, knocked it out of the park. Brad, I can’t thank you enough for the long days and hard work!

From day one when we communicated with Alex Brown to start our new roof process to the installation with Jonathan Skiles, the install supervisor, there was great communication, an incredible crew and quality work. We are very pleased with the sales process (Alex Brown was very thorough explaining and giving us all our options without pressure but directing to the best shingle with the best value for our budget) , installation and quality product and workmanship. Jonathan Skiles, the Installation Supervisor was very hands on with the crew and was happy to answer our questions in the process. So kind and patient. After everything was completed he followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. We recommend Smith Roofing 100%. We could not be any happier with our new roof and the process.

The entire process with Smith was smooth. Highly recommend. Austin was a very knowledgeable project manager.

The Smith Roofing team, led by Sam, did an incredible job on my daughter’s house. Sam was so professional, and went above and beyond every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

We just had Smith Roofing do a full exterior update on our house, and we could not be happier. I mean, look at it! Our project manager, Sam, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel way less overwhelming than we expected. He’s a perfectionist, and so caring and kind. The crew was professional, worked hard, and the quality shows. It truly looks like a brand new house. The whole experience was great, and we are already planning our next project! Highly recommend these guys!!!

They quoted this as a 2-week job. It took over 100 days. They ghosted us for weeks. They were messy, leaving trash and nails in the yard. They ordered the wrong door, and they painted it the wrong color and got paint all over the hardware. They installed a window incorrectly and tried to hide it with spray foam. They didn't overlap or tape the house wrapping. They did not remove the soffit before installing the vented panels. We asked them to fix this, and the owner said no. They damaged the porch. They ordered the wrong size light box and insisted that they were right. The owner called me "nitpicky" for asking them to remove a glob of caulk from the window and mocked me for asking questions. When he left, he said, "I'm glad I recorded that" (he had recorded our conversation). They scratched the glass on the back doors and offered an amount that was less than the replacement estimate, so now we have to file insurance.

A big shout out of thanks to Robert Kropa and Smith Roofing for a great job of taking my old roofing off and replacing with a new. Robert and his crew did a great job of making sure everything was done correctly and timely. The take off, replacement and clean up was all done in one day. I would recommend Smith Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs. Thanks for a job well done and being trustworthy. Ed Stokes

Smith Roofing & Exteriors is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. They ignored repeated warnings to cover our roof before a major storm, which led to severe water damage throughout our home. Instead of fixing the situation, they abandoned our project, leaving our deck roofs dangerously supported by 2x6s wedged into the ground. They?ve been nearly impossible to communicate with, and when they do respond, they are rude, dismissive, and show zero concern for safety. Since dealing with them, we?ve heard many other horror stories from others. Their high ratings are misleading ? stay far away from Smith Roofing & Exteriors.

James and Jonathon are great guys doing great work. They repaired a leak around my chimney using a better method than original. I am impressed and confident in their work.

Everyone who worked on the project at my home were on time, professional, and courteous. Courtney was very efficient in coordinating all the schedules and keeping me informed at all times. Brad did a great job overseeing the roofing and making sure the job was done and everything was cleaned up afterward. Wyatt and Andy did an expert job on water damage under gutter area. Good to find a business with people that show up and keep their word.
