Working with Smith Roofing & Exteriors surpassed my expectations, from the courtesy of everyone I worked or was in contact with, such as Chris, Taryn, Kris and his team, to the workmanship clearly visible in the final product, to the efficiency of the team executing the plan. Taryn's patience and expertise in drawing my vision and transferring onto paper was instrumental in materializing my dream of a sunken deck, and what a pleasure it was to work closely with this expert! Once the project was given to its manager, Kris Geyer, I was reminded again that I am in the best of hands with this unique challenge of a multi-level sunken deck, complete with lighting system and blending seamlessly into my beautifully landscaped backyard. Kris was never too far away to drive by, check on the progress, drop off material, get his hands dirty alongside the team of multiple workers. The design was executed so flawlessly, that even I did not expect the final project to look as good as it turned out. He is a consummate perfectionist, hard working and kind professional, always listening to me and providing guidance through the process. It is because of people like Kris that I will never stray away from this company and continue trusting them with all my future projects.

Brad and his crew did an awesome job on our new roof despite the sudden onset of bad weather. They were efficient, professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard. I can't recommend them enough, from our initial phone call to set up an appointment to the final discussion of the finished product they were awesome.

Had a patio addition roof constructed, and ran into a hiccup during the warranty period. Chris from Smith Handyman roofing came right out to assess the situation. Paul and Ryan were extremely responsive and helpful, on the case almost immediately, Elvin performed flawless repairs. The new patio roof and ceiling look FANTASTIC! James and Jonathon are great guys doing great work. They repaired a leak around my chimney using a better method than original. I am impressed and confident in their work.

Everyone who worked on the project at my home were on time, professional, and courteous. Courtney was very efficient in coordinating all the schedules and keeping me informed at all times. Brad did a great job overseeing the roofing and making sure the job was done and everything was cleaned up afterward. Wyatt and Andy did an expert job on water damage under gutter area. Good to find a business with people that show up and keep their word.

Mike Weaver and his helper, Jesse, did a "reloading room" build-out with cabinets and butcher block top. I asked the company to make it look like furniture and it compliments the room nicely! Excellent job!

My project was rehanging a towel rack and removing a hex wrench from a sink drain. Kurt Boller was the service provider who did these tasks competently and quickly. He explained clearly why the towel rack had come down and then reinstalled it. He was very personable and knowledgable. It was my first experience with this company and I will definitely call them when the need for their help arises again!
