Last Saturday, Vinnie, Anthony and Zach The process went very smooth. Vinnie and his team arrived at 10:00AM as he said they would . Zach reached out to me the day before to reconfirm the time . The week before and after the installation, Vinnie would respond to my texts within minutes, which was very important to my wife and myself. Overall, SimplyPur did and outstanding job and I highly recommend them. Update from the previous review above. We had an unrelated plumbing issue under our sink. I called Vinnie on Saturday and a few hours later he showed up at my door and resolved the issue. SimplyPur provides "White Glove Service" to it's customers!!!
