Signature inspected my whole heating and cooling system to ensure it was working correctly and submitted a compettivie bid to install a new furnace and A/C. They were responsive, clean and showed up as promised.

Difficult to get on the phone. Had one person estimate and another do the job - this caused for missed communication and job was not done exactly as I wished. Had to call another contractor out to fix the gas line after Signature was in house. Finally, after this job was done in the winter - AC did not work in spring. I had Signature out to take a look and they told me I needed a full new system to the tune of $6,000. A second HVAC person said to try adding refigerant for $300 and all has been fine. STAY AWAY!
