Faustino was very responsive and helpful throughout the project. He performed a detailed inspection and once we agreed to the work, his team arrived quickly and completed the roof repairs within one day. I would highly recommend Shingle Shake for any roof repairs.

He was very thorough, took pictures of the problem areas of the roof and explained in detail the repairs needed. The first stage of the repairs he stopped the leaking but waited several days until a heavy rain to verify the repairs worked. The second stage of repairs included replacing rotten roof boards , waterproofing the boards, reinstalling the shingles and adding new flashing. He then reviewed all repairs with me before requesting payment.

Great to work with this team. Very professional, and cared for the surrounding areas of my home while working. Job was delayed because of weather, but I appreciated that it was not rushed. The price was more than competitive without sacrificing any quality. Team is knowledgeable. Will hire again!
