He came on Tuesday to assemble four items but only managed to complete two of them after approximately five hours, meaning he had to return to finish the job. To accommodate his schedule, I agreed to drive 1.5 hours to the assembly location on Thursday at 11:00 AM. However, he called to cancel just moments before our appointment. Because I was already there, I wasted three hours of driving time and gas for nothing. This was incredibly inconvenient, and I ultimately had to hire someone else to finish the project. I would not recommend his services.

On May 2nd. The contractor showed up at the my house to take four light bulbs out and tried four new light bulbs. That's all done, not completed. I requested him to come back another day and contractor said he'd go back in the next days but he never did.

I’ve hired Joseph and his partner several times now. They do incredible work, from painting my whole apartment to fixing doors to grouting floors, they’ve done it all and done it well!They’ve even showed their creativity in figuring out a way to close up a weird gap between the wall and under my sink. Not only did they close it off and paint match it, but they made it I can still access the area if needed. On top of the great work, Joseph and his partner are so friendly and they’re always on time! As a landlord, Joseph will be the contractor I call for anything and everything I need and will be who I refer anyone to who needs work.

Joseph at Service Plus One did a perfect job with my small project. We spoke about the job and i received a quote from Joseph. He is excellent at organization and completed the work in great time in keeping with my needs. His work was professionally done, on time and he was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him and his company! He is the perfect handyman, quite knowledgeable about everything! I will request his services whenever needed.

Joseph did a great job. I asked him to do a variety of tasks and he did them all perfectly (and cheerfully). I will definitely use him again.

Excellent job by Joseph

I reached out to Joseph to get some water damage fixed around the window, some furniture thrown out the back of the building, a few holes from mirrors, paintings etc patched up and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. I was not in the country during the time of the work, so I left cash for Joseph. The only thing he did was patch up the water damage around the window. All of the items were never brought out of the apartment, the walls were never patched up or painted. I asked Joseph about finishing the agreed upon work and sent him screenshots of our previous conversations about the work that need to be done, and he told me it would be an additional ?2,700 just to paint my one bedroom apartment.

Joseph was amazing! I hired him to straighten my TV, which was listing to one side on the wall. He talked the job through with me before coming and offered great advice and suggestions, which led to my actually buying a new TV, which he then unboxed and mounted for the same price, even though the job turned out to be tougher than expected. He was timely, patient, thorough, flexible, kind, honest, and more. He made sure everything was up and running before he left, and even made sure my old TV was put away safely. I literally can not say enough good things about him. I am already brainstorming the next job I will call him for!

Did everything that was requested. Was on time and reliable. Would definitely use again
