"I gave a deposit one week ago today. Have not heard from the company. The estimator said I needed a new track for my blinds at a cost of $275. It is a big track, about 109 inches. I said I did not think the track was the problem. I think the string that pulls the blinds across simply broke and needed to be repaired. Estimator said no, it's the track. What do I know? I said OK. I can pull the blinds across and the chain that turns the vertical works, so I am pretty sure it's just the cord. Nope, it's the track said the estimator. Gave a $50 deposit and no word yet. I will let you know if they call this week and set up an install date. I actually hope they don't. I want to call someone else to see if it is just the cord. This week I received my deposit back and changed my ratings. The estimator that came about 2 weeks ago, called me and said he would return my money if I believed it was just the cord. My brother in law said he can fix the blinds the next time he visits. I got my money back with no hassle."

A friend of mine recommended David Stern and I gave them a call. Matt came out to the house listened to my needs and what my wife and I wanted and went to work. He came back on a date that was convenient for us and was done the same day. He removed the old blinds, installed the new ones (with power) and walked my wife and I through the programming and operation. He was respectful and professional the whole time. 5 Stars!
