John helped me with the permit process and went the "extra mile" to make sure all was complete regarding electrical work and other items. I highly recommend him! He is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Was able to get an appointment very quickly. The service technicians were early for the appointment (yay!), and were quick, professional, and nice. They even offered to vacuum up and remove all the extra cardboard and shipping materials. Best of all, I was given a time estimate and the cost per hour. It took about half the time estimated. I've had experiences with other companies where the installers/repair people have drug out the work to fill the time-costing me more money. Not the case here! These guys were great and I would highly recommend them!

They were really friendly, quick & efficient. They kept the cost down by replacing only the parts necessary. Would hire again.

Hired them to install new ballast plus 2 security lights. Appt was for 200PM, but John had it down as 1500 and was running behind (it happens). Wasn't pleased but John apologized about the mix up. Thought the projects would take about 4 hrs but took just over an hour. Quality was top notch and would hire John again. Only thing I recommend is that they call if they will be late but AGAIN, the work was great and glad to have garage lights again.

These guys were polite, clean and very professional. I will be using this company again. They politely listened to me explain what was going on and took care of my problem. I had a faulty GFCI and the wired in some bath fans.

John, the owner of Service Electric NW helped with diagnosing a tripped breaker. He was able to quickly locate the problem (a burned out exterior light fixture) and removed it to make sure everything was safe. He also offered to have someone on his team return another day to help us with the replacement fixture if needed, at a substantial discount. John was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will start with Service Electric NW the next time I have an electrical problem or project.
