I had no idea what I was getting into, but in Mark I found an honest, always accessible, ever accountable guide whose expertise and character I could absolutely trust. He always knew what he was talking about, explained alternatives clearly and patiently, offered perspectives when asked, and then fully respected my final choices. I found Mark to be as, if not more, committed to having things done well and right than I was; more than once he noticed -- and fixed -- things I hadn't (and might never have) noticed.
