Outstanding customer service!! The technicians arrived early and went right to work. They were neat, took photos of the work performed and cleaned up. They were very meticulous and added extra value by replacing and resealing the box to the power source and added protection and seals to the unit on my roof. I asked if I needed to purchase and insulated sheathing that had come loose. They took care of that with insulation spray glue and checked over the interior unit since they already had the cover off. I looked these technicians in the eye and knew right away they wanted to make sure that even the nit picky details I usually ask were not a problem. If you are reading this, I assure you that if you hire this company youâ ll be very satisfied.

Their technician was very polite and professional. He followed his checklist and made repairs he determined were required. The unit operated as normal for a short time, but then because there was a problem with the control board which he didn't detect, it stopped working. I immediately contacted Service All-Stars who completely stand behind their work and requested a followup visit, which was promptly scheduled and happened. After agreeing that the service didn't meet Service All Stars high standards, they agreed to make refund and promptly sent a check for the agreed refund amount. Their work was professional, their personnel were courteous and professional, and they completely stood behind their work as top firms do. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
