I found this company easy to deal with. I had some concerns about some aspects of the installation plan when work started, but it was easily worked out to everyone;s satisfaction, particularly ours. The installers worked hard and were neat about the work and mess they had to deal with. They started and completed as expected. All we need is the final inspection signoff with the city. All the personell involved were very polite and considerate, and Mara at the home office maintained great contact and support throughout the process. You should have a great experience with this team.

Very professional and courteous with excellent and timely work. Aden was the primary worker and outstanding. Made sure everything was completed in its entirety and the work area cleaned better then it was before he arrived. Very personable and completed the work at a reasonable price. No change orders pushing the price upwards. Very knowledgeable and the ability to communicate effectively without exaggerated fear to enlarge scope of work. Real pleasure to work with. I recommend highly this man and therefore the company he represents.

I got 3 estimates, and they were the most expensive. However, they used a well rated furnace as opposed to the other 2 companies.

Got a quote from other company on the cost to replace the A/C coil unit. They offered to waive the service fee and came to take a look. Price is also a lot cheaper than the other reputable company. Glad I contacted them.

Had a guy come out because we had water damage on the ceiling. He told me everything was fine with the unit and drainage and the AC was not causing the problem. I called a roofer to check and see what could be the problem. He said the drainage for the ac was clogged and it was drawing through the overflow line. He also said the unit was directly above the affected area and overflow from the drain pan was the cause of the problem. I will never use this company again and Home Advisor will not be the first place I go to to look for help.
