Brian Come from service all stars to do a maintenance tune on my AC HVAC system , as always professional and moving everything is upto date and working properly after 1 year installation from them if your looking to get HVAC or any electrical / plumbing they are the perfect company to go with !

The company really cares that their employees do an all around excellent job. I previously used Service All-Stars to replace my heater. Now they have installed my A/C unit. They do excellent work.The techs were friendly and informative about the details of the work they were doing. I appreciate the fact the workers worked quietly and efficiently. The owner is receptive to constructive criticism which is a big plus in my book. I will continue to call upon Service All-Stars for my HVAC needs.

All the people sent to my home were professional, friendly and efficient. Eric, the repair tech, had to give me the bad news that my furnace was not repairable. He listened to my requirements and desires for the replacement and gave me a solution that matched at a reasonable cost. Novlin and Brandon came the next day to install the unit. They were careful of my home and floors. They installed the new furnace quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Before leaving, they showed me pictures of the work in the areas that I couldn't easily get to like the attic and roof. I'm very happy with the whole project

Very good service. Analyzed the necessary repair. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what to look for in the future should I have any further issues.

Eric and Josue came out the same day to diagnose the my central AC. They explained what had failed, what needed to be done and how much the repair would cost. A couplle of parts were necessary and Josue rea[laced the parts and cleaned the outdoor unit. He took pictures of the unit and the parts replaced. AC works great! Josue and Eric are very professional. THey even watched out for the house cats so the cats wouldn't get outside. Repairs completed at the price quoted. I am very impressed with Service All-Stars and its employees.

Stay away from this company. They are great at handling the 1st repair, but attempt to rob you blind later with their service plan. Two different techs came out with two completely different assessments from THIS company. After spending $4000 on a warranty replacement, and buying their service plan, 2 months later , Joshua states my two year old system HVAC needs to be completely repaired. Not covered under warranty nor their service plan, and looking at $20k for them to completely fix everything. SERIOUSLY. I am appalled that a highly rated company would blatantly rip members off. After looking into Service All Stars, found out they have disciplinary actions against them by the California State Licensing Board. We, after what I experienced last night, they will have another complaint filed today!
