Sergeant T's Tree Service was phenomenal. Can't beat the price, great customer service and they actually showed up on time. I'd definitely recommend them and will repeat business with them in the future.

Totally satisfied. Plus, very nice people to work with. Prompt and efficient. Perfect cleanup afterwards. Chopped up all the trimmings and carted everything away. Prior tree trimmers always left us with a pile of limbs, etc. Will use this company in future years. We wish them the best.

Did not finish the job. Promised to come back but never did. Left many large coconut clusters. Some palms were not trimmed at all. I found multiple piles of cut coconuts under the hedges (presumably they just kicked them under the hedges rather than pick them up). The clusters that they did cut they let free fall into the underlying clusias damaging the hedges. Unfortunately, I paid them without checking their work because I was out of town. Big mistake. Beware.

We are sorry, we had to respond to the emergency in NC. Many homes were destroyed by trees and we had to go help. We left before we had a chance to come back and get the rest of the coconuts. We apologize for the bad service and are willing to make it right however we can.

Great company. They came out the same day I called and took care of my tree issues on the spot. They were also about half the price of everyone else so there’s that. Highly recommend, will hire them again.
