He went and got the permit for me, responsive to calls and takes care of everything. I wish all contractors were as conscientious as him. And on top of that he spent time over-seas defending our country. Great guy that takes his time to make sure his customers are happy.

John had an extremely challenging lot involving Shoreland Protection permits, a sloping lot, and required lot loading as it was a very small lot. He was very patient through the entire process as the State and Town had review processes.
