The owner actually took the time to brainstorm with me regarding a bad case of the "drain flies." I found him to be very helpful. This company ended up sending some other company out to do the job needed. They sent a very qualified & professional company out. I will use this company in the future and will not hesitate to call on Septic Designs also, for my larger Septic needs.

Cody diagnosed our septic problem, showed us the problems, explained what we were seeing, and went over all of our options. He was very honest and professional and wonderful to deal with. We are definitely hiring this company to replace our septic system. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I can't say enough about the service and professionalism here! Micah came out, designed a new system, got all permits in a very timely fashion and explained everything throughout the whole process for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend his company for any septic system problem!

I didn't actually have them replace/build anything however when the owner came out o do an evaluation he sold me on his company if I had to do any work. He took the time to explain my system in full detail, answered all of the hundred questions I had about possible replacement in the future, and just showed such professionalism from start to finish. The communication was awesome from the reception at the inquiry stage to the follow-up email detailing what the findings were. When he was done he even buttoned up the hole(s) so that you couldn't tell the earth had been dug up. I can't say enough good about this guy and this company. Well worth the money to just have the system inspected. Thank you
