Select First Remodeling

Very bad experience.

Select First truly understands what customer service is all about. Select First was focused on what I, the customer wanted throughout the project. When we started designing the fence including what it would look like, the materials we would use, and how long they estimated it would take, I could tell they were listening to me. Nicholas helped me understand what could be built within the budget I was wiling to commit. Customer service included constant communication throughout the build, including letting me know when the team was going to start, as well as giving me an end-of-day synopsis of what had been accomplished and what was left to do. At the end of the project, we had a walk through where I could point out anything that I thought needed to be redone. Nothing needed to be redone because throughout, Nick and his team were (1) self-checking their work and (2) listening to my concerns and addressing them on-the-spot. I almost wish I had another fence to build because working with Select First was such a good experience. I would definitely hire them again.
