I was replacing an old multiple security camera with recording system, and Jon (the owner) discussed it with me and sold me on the install. Honestly, I was skeptical that the installation would meet my requirements. The installer (Phil) showed up in the morning of the install and I told him what I expected (quick scope of work wise). The end result - the installation looks excellent and the overall system works well. Highly recommended.

A few hiccups, but this happens occasionally. The installation team was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The owner was very attentive even calling me the night of the installation to make sure everything was working as planned. I would use this company again and recommend Secure and Alert to my own clients.

I HIGHLY recommend Jon and Dena. Their customer service throughout the process (consultation and installation) was stellar! They are very warm and understanding people who do not try to sell you on extra products. The men (Phil & Josh) that came to install the security system were prompt, professional and nice. They were very knowledgeable and TRUST WORTHY! I never write reviews but for this type of service and care, I had to come leave a comment about my experience with security and alert Corp. Iâ m very happy with the work done and how it was done! Thank you!

I moved into a house with an existing alarm system, thermostat, and doorbell that I didnâ t have access to. I originally called to have everything uninstalled but after talking to Deana I decided to go with their recommendations of Alarm.com and itâ s components. The installers came right on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job with the install and went over how to use everything. After they left the owner of Secure and Alert stopped by to make sure everything went ok. I highly recommend Secure and Alert and will be calling them with any future needs!
