From the initial meeting with Jeremy Klimow for the estimate to the gentlemen who did the installations to the quality of the work done, I am more that pleased. I will definitely refer this company to others. In fact, I still have their sign up in my yard to advertise them.

The salesperson literally ignored everything I said and just went on with their spiel regardless of what I asked. Then gave me a 5-7 week window which I understood. I chose them over 3 others due to the price. They gave me an appointment 9 weeks out and on the day of the appointment, I get a call 15 minutes before they are scheduled to arrive to say they are not coming. No explanation just dead silence. Then she says I have you set up for Thursday like I just did not take the day off and it should be super easy to just do it again. I say it is a bit late to cancel, is not it? To which she has nothing to say to me. The installers we great, knowledgeable, and easy but that customer service woman needs to be removed immediately. She could not care less.
