Write a Reviewjob completed and very saticefied with the work the did
They arrived earlier than expected, but great work.
VERY nice job installing vinyl siding on my house. Bob took the time to check and re-check all of the little details.
I want to tell you to take your business elsewhere. I hired these folks four months ago to,put in all new bullnose gutters on my house. They came and did the job and I paid them. Yesterday xwe had a very heavy rainfall. It turns out the installers didn't secure the flow away pipe to the downspout. It is a 20+ foot drop from my upper roof to the ground. The water pressure obviously forced the the flow away pipe off the downspout.....result...I have 3+ inches of water in my basement. All the rain from the upper roof came straight down that 20 foot pipe. And went straight into my cellar. I called gutter pro (KC Construction) and spoke to the receptionist. She told me they were booked out a while, but she could schedule someone to come and secure the flow away pipe, but it would take some time. When I asked her what they were going to do about the water in my basement and the damaged stuff down there, she said they were not responsible for the damage or the water. She went on to say they never secure the flow away pipes....so you can take them off to mow your lawn. (Does she think no one can remove a screw to take them off?) There is no way a knowledgeable installer could NOT have known that with a direct drop of 20+ feet from the roof, that the flow away pipe would not stay attached in heavy rain, UNLESS IT WAS SECURED. So now I am stuck with a big mess, and a receptionist with an attitude. I have water damage to walls, basement floor and personal items.....and it is not their problem apparently. I took photos of the mess...if anyone wants to see them. I am a widow and I live alone (which I told Nicole) so I had to figure out how to deal with this myself....JUST HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE and save yourself the trouble.
Jack was a good representative he explained everything in detail show me what I had to do and I hope the product is just as good
