Found peices of aluminum cut offs in driveway. Found 5" nails and 1 1/2" screws in yard along with peices of plastic from old system all over backyard. Job was done on a tuesday, I received a bill on friday and another on saturday neither bill had a phone number on it for me to call and tell them what they missed. when they came to fix the job they gave my wife a hard time about a check.

The initial fellow said he had checked the house and measured all around. When they installed the gutters they said they were only doing the garage??? I thought they were doing the whole house. I can't climb up and clean gutters anymore so I needed it all done. If I had known that the estimate was just for the garage I wouldn't have hired them!!!

The subcontractor who actually showed up and did the work was fantastic. Fast,efficient,friendly. How ever the company itself leaves alot to be desired ,in reguards to it's scheduling problems I incurred. Multiple reschedules on a daily basis during a two wek time span played hell with my own schedule. Forcing me to cancell some and reschedule(twice) certain appointments.
