Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive.

Again Sabino proved to be a professional, honest person. Since he already did work for me, I felt comfortable just speaking to him on the phone and working out the project details. He did the work when he said he would, left me the bill, I checked around, work was satisfactory, and I mailed him a check. I feel confident that my next job will be handled in the same manner. A couple of minor problems popped up two weeks after completion. Once alerted, they fixed them promptly, no extra charge.

Very happy with all of my new siding, trim and roof. He was very patient with me about all of the changes and colors and he added extra touches. Motion sensor light, lighted door bell, gutter leaf guard and the roof was done at a very good price.

I hired them to add a ridge vent and add holes in soffits for air flow. He was courteous and offered other suggestions. He worked with me regarding the price and once on the job was careful of my property, and worked continuously until the project was complete. I am very happy with his work and his work ethic, and would hire him again for future projects.

This contractor did a very good job for us. He was professional and very detail oriented and his work is awesome. We are very happy with the work that Sabino did at our house. We replaced every window in our house and it was completed in a timely fashion. We have work in the future that he will receive because we know his price will be fair and the work will be great again for us! Thanks Sabino, you are a hard worker.
