Santiago’s Handyman service did a great job removing rock from and area, leveling and installing artificial turf , as well as cleared a large rearing wall of weeks filling 18 bags full and hauling it away.

They didn't have the right tools and told me I should have told them what the work was. They were working from on top of my 5,000. refrigerator. I told them, "If it's dented, your insurance is going to be very sad." I was stressed having to pull their ladder away from the cabinets and appliances. At one time I asked him why he yells. He was rude and abrasive, except when the job was over and he got the $1,200. check for assembling and installing six of the seven cabinets. Then he was smiling and nice, he gave me his card and said, "If you need anything else, let me know." What!" You rude and argumentative the entire time, talk rude to you female coworker, then say you'd be happy to come back. He was all kinds of pissed off about having to build the cabinets. Why? He gets paid for the work. I had to cheerlead him at first and said, I did the lower ones, it's easy once you do one, plus there are not drawers on the top cabinets. Way too much work and stress!!!

He was very timely. The job took less time than I expected. The only thing that wasn’t done was washing off my patio after all the weeds and over growth were pulled.. However, he did clean out my window wells. He was very nice. I would use him again.
