Arrived on time as expected, with all their need equipment. A cordial group of hard working professionals. They knew exactly what to do and went right to it. I have made future plans and an appointment for them to return next month and maybe beyond.

They were very thorough, friendly, and willing to please. Also they used damp cloths instead of dusters which actually clean the surfaces instead of just moving the dust around into the air to settle again. I am very pleased with their work.

Isabel was very personable from the start. She helped my mother do a last cleaning for her apartment. She gave me an overall fair quote, booked me on the date we needed, and cleaned the place very nicely. I would recommend this service and Isabel and her crew. She's awesome!

I emailed Isabel several times to send me a receipt and she hasn't replied. To be fair, the condo was very dirty. However, there were several instances of shoddy work. The downstairs bathroom wall had wax on it and was not cleaned off. The window slides were not cleaned at all. I used a screw driver and soapy cloth to clean them. The kitchen walls had food splashes left behind. There were several dirty walls. Before I began painting, I had to clean them. I'm sorry I didn't notice the dirty walls and window slides before she and her crew left. And I still need a receipt!
