"Albert was knowledgeable and walked us through what needed to be done. In the day, the crew came on time and they worked extremely hard. I was in aww how these young guys climbed my massive redwoods and carefully removed the branches and then the trees themselves without damaging the house. This in itself was a huge task, since the redwoods had been planted very close to the house and we were concerned about removing them without harm to the structure. Albert estimated the work would take a bit over a day, but the crew was done with removal and clean up by 1 pm the same day. It was very impressive."

He explained in very clear terms that I didn't need to remove the stump, I could just plant the tree over it.
