My floors had a wax build up that was unbelievable. Side note( Beware who cleans for you and what products are used) Mr. Thompson and crew were on time, professional, totally dedicated to the task, and it was a task. My husband attempted to strip floors 4 hours later we had a 3x3 area cleared. That's how much build up. You couldn't see the grain cuts in the flooring anymore. These young men carefully totally restored; my get this textured wood laminate flooring. It's looks new again and the wax they recommend is individually based. From light floor polish look to light satin to a gloss finish. They took care when moving my furniture which is a chore so many antiques and breakables. I watched them set a layout, move as a team to handle what was thought to be simple job. NOT. It's very hard to fine cleaning or any service contractors who are professional and good at whatever they do. Can't wait for my next job.

He worked hard, but wasn't as clean as I expected. It was bad to start with and I made it very clear how bad it was and he assured me he could clean it, which he did but not as good as I expected. Nice gentleman. Would have liked a discount because it did not turn out like I expected after I made my expectations very clear.

Thank you for the review. Your shower grout is very much clean after 2hr of steaming and scrubbing with grout cleaning chemical and brush. As far as the damages you will have to get the shower floors re- grouted in order for your shower grout to look brand new.
