We called SafeGuard for a quote, and our salesman Gary came to the house to do the measure and provide a quote. Gary was extremely personable, professional and polite. We were quotes a great price and we signed a contract that night. SafeGuard came highly recommended from a great family friend who is as extremely happy with their experience.

Gary came to give us a quote on a new front door. He was on time, thorough, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m not just looking forward to a new door, but I know working with Gary and Safeguard Impact will be an amazing experience.

The experience I had with Gary was unbelievable inspiring in so many ways. He took his time making sure I understood everything. He didn’t rush or pushed me. Gary, patiently waited for me all day. I had to leave for a doctor’s appointment. He stuck around waiting for me finish. I feel very comfortable with Safe Guard. This company has so much to offer not only me, the community and the church I pastor. Gary, reach to me beyond business to help my family, (grandkids). I feel Gary was God sent. Thank God for his professionalism and expertise, just what I needed in the time of need.🙏

Safe Guard failed two city inspections during my impact window installation because they ignored manufacturer instructions. This caused major delays, wasted time and money, and raised serious safety concerns. Absolutely cannot recommend this company

SafeGuard Impact Windows & Doors is a wonderful company to work with. We had them replace a sliding glass door, custom trapezoid window, and our kitchen window. The work was done in a timely manner, everyone we spoke to during the process were very helpful, and we are very satisfied with the final result. Highly recommend.

Overall a great day experience….from the start after the initial call to get a quote to the finished job. They preliminary meeting to find the right windows and negotiate the cost I felt a bit pressure to get me to sign on the first meeting, understandable, yet helped me get a better deal and went ahead ! The crew was on time, clean and very professional.

I decided to do windows and roof with Safeguard and everything went just as Miles told me during the sales process. Since the estimate until the installation was complete, it was a smooth process. Communication was frequent, the office staff kept me informed of every step of the process. The Installers were very profesional with attention to details. I want to thank Miles for the great communication at all times and Juan the installer did a great job too. I will definitely recommend Safeguard to anyone who wants a stress free process.
