SafeGuard Impact Windows, Doors & Roofing

I?m giving Safeguard one star due to a frustrating and disorganized experience. Trust your instincts?I regret not trusting mine. The issues began in August when Miles gave us a quote. A few weeks later, I was contacted by George, who took over after Miles went on medical leave. George offered the same price, but when I asked more questions, he became pushy. He pressured me to make a quick decision, which made me uncomfortable. I stopped responding, but a few days later, he texted saying he could no longer honor the original price, which felt like a red flag. About a month later, I spoke with Jason, and Jeannine apologized for George?s behavior. Paul, the owner, later called to assure us it wouldn?t happen again. We met Paul at the showroom, where he promised our windows and doors would come with screens (important for us) and assured us that all the details would be handled. Fast forward to January 6?the installation day. The crew was supposed to arrive at 8 a.m., but didn?t show u

Exceptional work was done by the safeguard crew. Everything has covered with plastic to prevent dust infiltration. The crew completed their work ahead of schedule and without any mishaps.

Product and service was great. New windows and doors actually really make a difference, especially with outside noise and keeping the air in. I would definitely recommend safeguard to everyone I know and Miles Griggs and the rest of the team was great, especially with communication every step of the way on updates when the products are delivered and everything! Definitely 10/10

They arrived on time, set everything up for minimal dust and worked through the entire day to ensure a one day install as promised. Canâ t say enough great things! Thank you again! Leonardo and Xavier were the two workers that installed the outside garage door and all my windows to hurricane Windows. They did such an excellent job. They left no mess every day when they were finished you never knew they were here. I would have no problem recommending Safe guard to my friends and family as the quality of their work and the quality of the company customer service right from the start when Mr. John Delgado came to the house was a pleasant experience.

When I say they got the job done, thatâ s exactly what they did! For me it was so fast from installing all the way to next day inspection. I would recommend to you if u want the job done right and accurate.

There are scammers. They tell you things you want to eat before you sign the contract and after that they change everything on you. It was a nightmare since I have to pay a loan over the next 25 years for things at an exagerate rate. It wasnâ t why they have promised at the beginning. Shame on them.
