Colin at SafeStreets communicated well, was flexible and had availability to meet my needs. The job of installing a wired Ring Floodlight camera was done well and quickly. Both Colin and the installer were profession, front, and trustworthy.

I utilized this service for an install of a wired camera/flood light. I was able to receive same day service and the rep was very accommodating. However, the service technician first told me there was no power to the lines due to water damage, then a bit later told me there WAS power to line, of which I physically saw the power reading meter. After the flood light was installed, there was no power going to the fixture and told that a new line would be needed. This would be another $100. A new line was ran from the garage door opener. I inquired if this site was safe and eligible to draw power because I have home inspector coming out. I was unhappy about the upcharge of new line, but more concern about confusing information about the power and worried if everything was done properly. In addition, the camera was moved a couple of inches on my request, but somehow was placed in front of the downspout gutter now with partial view- not sure I would recommend.- due to tech communication

Colin was great. Had problems with the Google Nest camera his team installed. The problem was with Google, not Safe Street, yet Colin chased down answers for me and continued following up until I had what I needed. Really customer service oriented! Genuinely concerned about my home's safety.

Pro was on time, knew what to install and how to do it. Polite, professional, and would hire again for similar projects when needed.
