I initially dropped this company as their management was terrible, and my lawn looked never worse. I rehired them last year as they convinced me they were under new management and I like to give 2nd chances. I stopped being notified about my lawn being treated, and I requested this to be a MUST as I have small children and a dog. Everytime the technician would come out, he would always tell me my grass was being cut to low, when my mower was on the highest setting through September! when I called to complain, and I must add I was very polite and kind, and I was rudely hung up on! My grass still has never looked worse! When they called back for my business I told them about my experience and explained in a nice way that I would not be renewing, and wished them luck. Since that time I have received 4 more calls asking to renew. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!

This is for the Auburn Hts facility. I don't know if they are one in the same for customer service and management. I agreed, in the Spring, for 3 applications. The first, weed control, did not work. I convinced them to reapply. The other two were done as scheduled, but only with my calling them. They then came out and did a 4th application. When I signed up, I told them I would consider the application after seeing the results of the 3. I was not impressed and did not want the application. I called and they reviewed the phone recording from the Spring. They made their decision and just played a portion of the recording for me. It did not have the consideration portion of the call. In the Fall and now in the Spring they are repetitively calling. I told them to quit, without avail. I have blocked their number, but they continue to call to sell me the program. I told them last Fall that I would not even talk to them. They are pushy and aggravating. I may have to talk legal action to stop the calling. I am one of many that is having this issue. I would not recommend them to anyone and warm people that you will be phone stalked. Drivers, however, are very pleasant and do good work. Cory

Terrible company. Charged me for wasted seed. They do not use an edge guard. Seed is growing in sidewalk cracks, between brick pavers and in rock gardens.
