Have ordered lawn airation 3 weeks ago. Apparently their machine is broken. I found out by calling them to see what the hold up is. Already paid with credit card. Really hop they deliver on the service.
They contacted me quickly and sent the quote out promptly.
They were quick to respond and did a great job.
This is the first application of the year. I took advantage of the savings by paying up front for a full year of service. Hope that wasn't a mistake but we will know after a few applications.
They came out and did the job very fast, although I was home and they didn't knock on the door or tell me they were coming so I didn't get to mark the sprinkler heads. I just hope none were damaged.
We are still waiting for the core aeration to be done. That will be the proof of the pudding. However, they indicated it would be about 10 days, so they are not late. It is too early to tell how well the fall fertilizer worked. Their customer service person seemed to know his business.

Customer service is bad. Had to call many times to get someone back out to house for weeds and my yard still had all kinds of weeds and crab grass even after they came out. Check their better business bureau rating, they have many complaints.
Although some time has past, we have made the appropriate changes at Lush Lawn to make our customers feel valued and part of the family. We are very sorry that you had some issues on getting someone back out to your property. This is not what we call good customer service or the Lush Lawn Experience. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and please take in consideration that we have "weeded" out the bad and listened! Thank you very much for your feedback.
Tried to recommend to my neighbor & he could not get through to them & after a few tries he hired someone else.
