No problem with the work done, only with the lack of a phone call to let me know the serviceman was not going to be able to do the work on the day scheduled. Serviceman took time to check for reason for lawn problems and explain what he did and what he found. Good customer service.

Fast, courteous response. Fair price. Lawn actually looks better already. I think this is a smaller company and it seems to show. Focused more on delivering than simply hooking another customer.

The company was difficult to get a return call to set up appointment. Once they finally called and I set up a time and date, they didn't show up. I called them again and of course, they blamed this mix up on someone else. They finally came out, I didn't even know they came and went. My neighbor told me they were there. I wanted to discuss the problem with my trees but evidentally they do not care about returning business.
