From the initial contact to the final payment, the representative was always friendly and courteous. They repaired all the areas that had begun to break down (original stonework done in 1990) and added a sealant to hopefully will give added protection going forward. All the workers were professional and did a through job protecting the surrounding areas as well as doing a complete cleanup afterwards.
