Communication was an issue for this job. The walk that was installed was not built WHERE we had discussed. It was also not the width we discussed. I was clear about both these issues, but these details were not effectively related from the foreman to the crew who did the work. After the crew came back out to correct poor quality work, the final walk was very nice. (But it was nearly a foot wider than contracted for and not in the correct place) I hate giving a negative review...I will not add the photos.

S&W did excelent job and went above and beyond to get the job done. Bill is very easygoing and his team was on schedule. Bill was able to find bricks that closely match to my existing and also workmanship was very good. Cost of the job was very reasonable. A recommend Bill and his team for any work.
