Sunset Siding, Windows, & Roofing

Bill and the crews of Sunset Siding Windows and Roofing are absolutely awesome. They did our entire house, roof, windows, doors and siding and their work is impressive. They keep the jobsite clean, their crews are so knowledgeable, and their attention to details is outstanding. Our home looks like a whole new house. Their prices are comparable to other like companies, but these guys and their work sets them apart from the rest. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your home needs!

You will get the best bang for your buck with Sunset. The quality of the materials and work is excellent. Bill Highstreet (owner) has been doing this for many years and really knows the ins and outs of the siding business. Price was very competitive and I felt like I got a much higher quality of siding and installation than some of the companies were offering.

No pressure with the sale. Time was taken to do the job well. Very pleased with the final results.

I bid the work out in March, had Bill the owner add the facia board painting, signed the agreement and gave them the deposit check on April 5th. It took about two months for the James Hardie prefinished siding and LPSmartside prefinished trim boards to be delivered to the house. The installation crew started the following day, it took their field install crew about two weeks to complete the entire project, they did a great job and cleaned up daily. There was a problem with the wrong width trim boards, but Sunset was able to deliver the correct trim boards to the house without delaying the install. The house siding work looks great, I would use Sunset Siding, Windows & roofing on future home improvements.

Overall, great experience! Bill, the owner, along with Scott, made the initial appointment, and arrived as promised. I would rate the sales experience as low pressure. They provided samples, and explained the difference in costs between products. Based on some of options, I did upgrade some of the materials. I also asked for a list of jobs similar to mine that were recently completed. Bill provided a list the same day. They originally scheduled the job to start around June 10th. They actually started on May 23rd, and completed the job on June 1st. The installation crew was very professional. As with any remodeling project, there is a lot of material being removed and installed. They kept the job site very organized, and cleaned up each day before leaving. During the first day of the remodel, it was recognized that we did not receive some of the correct materials for the job. Once I informed Scott and the foreman of the discrepancy, their response was to make it right. The correct materials were on site the next day. Both Scott and Bill contacted me throughout the remodel to ensure I was satisfied. Because of the positive experience, I am now having them replace my outside doors.
