showed up same day as requested for estimate. We had to wait to cut due to rain, but he showed up first clear day to mow and finished the job in a timely manner!

Jakob was very personable. Easy to converse with and pleasant. He quoted a fee I could afford, and began work the next day.

I was contacted by Jakob when looking for a weekly lawn care service. Conversation over the phone felt like it went well enough to have him come out. He said the cost of the service would be $65/trip with the initial service potentially costing up to $95 depending on the condition of the yard. Jakob asked me to provide photos of the yard so he could provide me with a better estimate for the initial visit. After photos were sent , we talked about setting up the visit for the end of the week. At that time Jakob told me the yard didn't look too bad and the first trip would only be $65. Great! Late Friday afternoon rolls around without seeing or hearing from Jakob. When I reached out to him , I was told that he was about 20 minutes from the house , and that he had a couple more lawns to complete on the day after me. When he arrived at the house he approached my wife much differently than he did me on the phone. All of the sudden the grass was too long , it was going to take so much more work and time than he planned for . First trip was going to cost at least $125 to complete the job. And he didn't even have time to complete it that day. Was trying to reschedule for the following week. When I reached back out to Jakob, of course the approach changed again. He was very apologetic , mentioned he had forgot about our previous conversation and the photos I sent to him at the beginning of the week. Said he would honor the price previously discussed. I understand sometimes mistakes are made, Told Jakob I was willing to meet him in the middle on the price if he was able to get the job done for me. Jakob provided the new game plan that he would be back to the house at 10AM on Saturday. At 11AM I tried reaching out to Jakob to see if something came up, or of he was just running late. NO REPLY Reached out again late afternoon about 3 O'Clock, NO REPLY. Would recommend not wasting any of your time with COMAL LAWN CARE LLC. Save yourself the disappointment!

My lawn was out of control and after the work was done it looked like a completely different yard. The job was completed above and beyond my expectations.
